Come
learn about the Interfaith Food Pantry & get the answers
to these questions:
What does the Interfaith Food Pantry do?
What happens to the food collected from donors like you?
Who are the people who need the food we distribute?
Who are our volunteers and what they do?
How can you help the Pantry?
Come visit us. From Sept. through June, we give one
tour a day on
Tuesday and Thursday afternoons that lasts approximately one-hour and
can start at 3:00, 3:30 or 3:45 at the
latest. Our group size limit is 12.
We start with a presentation & a tour through our
warehouse. After this,
your group can help us with
the following activities,
depending upon the age of children, the time you have,
the size of your group and our needs:
Sorting donated food,
Counting and bagging food donations such as tea bags
Making
cheerful cards for our home-bound clients
Please call Mary at 973-538-8049 for answers to
any other questions and to arrange the tour.
She can also provide you with information
about how to conduct a food drive for us.
