Get Food

If you or someone you know needs food in Morris County, we’re here to help.

IFPN Food Assistance Program

Do you ever….

  • Struggle to find the money to buy groceries after all your other bills are paid?
  • Worry about whether your food will run out before you have money to buy more?
  • Eat less than you feel you should because you don’t have enough money to buy food?

If so, there are many resources available to you.  Food Insecurity affects people from all walks of life:  – working families struggling to make ends meet, seniors living on fixed incomes, people in crisis or people who are unemployed.  In New Jersey, it is estimated that 1 in 7 people are food insecure.

Help is available.  You may qualify for SNAP, but even if you do not qualify for benefits, Morris County has a network of food pantries you can visit to receive emergency and/or supplemental groceries.   Here at the IFPN, we serve all of Morris County, and a typical family of four receives approximately $300 worth of groceries monthly.

Call 973-538-8049 x210 to find out more or to schedule an appointment.
